International Student Townhall

The Graduate Student Council (GSC) invites you to attend the first ever International Student Townhall on September 13, 2022, at 5pm in the Corbett Center Auditorium.

International Students, both undergraduate and graduate, constitute a major portion of the NMSU student demographic. However, the problems and issues they face are often ignored. These issues are unique to international students and vary across ethnicity, gender, religion, and country of origin.

The GSC has organized a panel of the university's top administrators to listen to your concerns.  Please joins us on the 13th to share your thoughts on topics including, but not limited to: housing, food insecurity, cultural appropriation, lack of ELL (English language learner), CPT/OPT concerns  and academic resources for international students.
All are welcome to attend.  There are two ways to share your concerns: in person at the townhall or via this form: https://forms.office.com/r/a99mVk314N
