Fisher EasleySmith is a first-year master's student studying Agricultural Communications. She grew up on a farm in Farmington, NM, and participated in 4-H and theater throughout her younger years. In 2018, she began attending New Mexico State University and majored in Agricultural Education with minors in Communication Studies and Journalism and Mass Communication. She graduated with a bachelor's in science in May of 2022.

She holds a lifelong love for service and held various leadership positions in her undergraduate clubs and organizations, like Vice President of Activities of the NMSU Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow and Associate Editor of the first edition of the student insert in the ACES Magazine. Currently, in addition to serving as GSC Secretary, Fisher is an editor for the undergraduate interdisciplinary journal The Agora and the President of the Agricultural Extension and Education Department's Graduate Student Association.  

Along with her love for education and service, Fisher loves her dog Friday, photography, reading, hiking, and learning new things about the world around us.
