Faith is in the second year of her master's program in the Department of Communication Studies. Her research centers on organizational culture, AI in corporate organizations, and decolonization of organizational communication research. She is passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and impact. As the website manager and content creator, Faith is committed to the positive representation of GSC and its activities, events, and opportunities, as well as building an engaging community for graduate students at NMSU online. She loves to travel, read leadership books/stories, teach, and work out.
