Remember, this is intended to be a learning experience! Just have fun and communicate your hard work to the best of your ability.

All GRAS participants get a FREE buffet lunch at 12:30pm, and winners in each category will be announced at 3pm!

Oral Presentations
We need a few pieces of information from you! As soon as possible, please click here to provide your time availability to present on November 17th. We will make every effort to give you your preferred time slot, but be sure to submit your responses by Tuesday Nov 8th at 11:59pm. Otherwise, you'll be given whatever time slot is left.
Each oral presenter will have 10 minutes (max) to present your work to a judge and your peers which will take place within a 1 hour block of time. We ask that you stay and support the other 4 grad students presenting during your 1 hour block. Please note that keeping your talk 10 minutes or less is part of the scoring rubric, so do not go over!
Posters
